Information you provide

ZAI Automation may collect the contact and business information you submit through an enquiry form, including your name, work email, company and a description of the workflow you want to discuss. Questions and recent text conversation context submitted through Ask ZAI may also be processed to provide a response.

Enquiry delivery

Workflow enquiries are transmitted through the ZAI website and delivered to the ZAI Automation SpaceMail mailbox using an encrypted SMTP connection. The information is used to review and respond to the enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment information, government identifiers, health information or confidential client data in the form.

Chatbot and voice data

Ask ZAI supports typed questions and optional browser-based speech recognition. ZAI Automation does not intend to receive or store the raw microphone recording. Your browser or operating-system speech provider may process audio into a text transcript under its own terms.

Questions and recent conversation context may be sent through the ZAI server to Anthropic to generate a response. The application does not intentionally maintain a permanent chatbot-history database, although hosting, security and AI providers may retain limited operational logs under their own policies.

Do not submit passwords, payment information, health information, government identifiers, confidential client data or other sensitive information through Ask ZAI.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential projects, operate and secure the website, provide Ask ZAI responses and improve ZAI services. ZAI does not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

Vercel hosts the website, SpaceMail provides mailbox delivery and Anthropic provides the live chatbot response service. ZAI retains enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, meet operational requirements and comply with applicable obligations.
